Our ambition is to turn visibility into connection, shared knowledge, and opportunity.
Black Game Pros Sessions brings Black professionals across gaming, tech, media, and culture into candid conversation. Hosted by Leon Winkler, the series explores the work behind their achievements, the choices that shaped their journeys, and what they are building for others.
The Black Game Pros initiative began with the Black Game Pros Mixer at E3 in 2019, founded by Leon to connect Black talent in games. Today’s Sessions continue that purpose as an independent conversation platform.
We center Black professionals and emerging talent, welcoming curious viewers, community builders, and allies. The sessions are here now; a wider network of connection and opportunity is the ambition we’re building toward.
